Lil’ doodle before bed (I don’t necessarily share the sentiment).
Have you ever seen the film “A Night In Heaven” from the 80’s? It stars Christopher Atkins.
I had a crush on him as a wee lad when I saw him in another, much tamer flick, “The Pirate Movie” growing up.
I just watched “A Night In Heaven” the other night and WHEW! Smokinnnn’!!!!
Think of this film as a pre-Magic Mike. He plays a college guy who strips on the side at a Florida club (near various FL spots that were very familiar upon this recent viewing) who falls in love with his college professor.
BOY was that man HOT!!!
tappeoples said: do you sell your illustrations? or do you make shirts with your illustrations? if so, where can I go to purchase some of you work?
Hey there! Thanks so much for contacting me! :)
I’ve separated my works between the 2 for now.
Please take a look and thank you again for the message!
Today a piece of my childhood died with the passing of actor Meshach Taylor (he who created the legendary character Hollywood Montrose from one of my favorite films of all time, Mannequin).
Being a young boy looking for heroes to admire in film and tv (not really having any in real life), Hollywood was one of mine. As flamboyant and out there as he was, Hollywood really took charge and NEVER made excuses for who he was. Although cast solely as comic relief, Meshach Taylor played the character with respect and imbued him with heart & strength.
Thanks so much for the memories Meshach. May you Rest In Peace.
HOLLYWOOD 4 EVA!
Late night sketch. One of my favorite episodes of the Twilight Zone “The Howling Man”. Chills.
